PRICING, REFUND & GST POLICY

1. Transparent Pricing & GST Invoicing
All prices displayed across SKYNODES UAV catalog and checkouts are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of statutory Goods & Services Tax (GST: 5%, 12%, or 18%). B2B buyers providing an active GSTIN receive formal tax invoices eligible for Input Tax Credit (ITC) reporting under GSTR-2B.
2. Dispatch & Cancellation Policy
All goods once dispatched shall be treated as non-cancelable, non-refundable, and non-returnable. No amendments to GST or billing details shall be permitted after invoice generation.
3. Transit Damage & Manufacturing Claims
The seller's responsibility ceases upon handing over the goods to the transporter or logistics provider. Any claims regarding manufacturing defects, transit damage, or shortages must be reported in writing within 5 days from the date of delivery, accompanied by unboxing video and supporting evidence.
4. Payment Terms & Commercial Settlement
Interest at the rate of 12% (twelve percent) per annum shall be charged on all overdue amounts beyond the agreed payment terms. All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction in Nashik, Maharashtra.
